Best for: Getting the party started Dish to order: Arroz Nikkei (Chilean seabass with rice, lime and chilli) COYA’s Friday brunch begins by snapping a band on your wrist as you enter, placing a Pisco Sour in your hand and follows up with trays of tequila shots throughout the day. But don’t be fooled, this isn’t a debauched affair – the excellent, award-winning South American restaurant attracts a foodie crowd that usually manages to remain relatively tame until the Latin music is turned up later on in the afternoon. A buffet of endless guacamole, ceviche, oysters, maki rolls and tacos serves as starters before your main meal (choose from seven dishes, including short ribs, seabass, spicy beef and two vegetarian options) is brought to your table. The interiors are modern but Inca-inspired, with vibrant velvet chairs at low tables to sink into, setting a relaxed tone for the afternoon. By the time an impressive platter of South American sweets arrives for dessert, you’ll be salsaing into the early evening with the rest of the afternoon’s beautiful crowd, who usually congregate at the Pisco bar to decide where to go next.

Love this place. The bar area is very energetic and they play really good music. The barstaff can put together some really good drinks as well. No reservations required.The waiter briefed us on what the theme of the restaurant is based on and provided several suggestions to begin with. We decided to go ahead with a couple small portioned appetizers and skipped mains since that would leave us with trying lesser than we would like to. - The guacamole - need not explain - was prepared right in front of you! - Trio di maiz - 3 corn salad - Setas- mushroom on skewers - Pure de papa - Quinoa salad - Asparagus Ambiance- 5/5 Music - 5/5 Drinks - 5/5 Value - 5/5 Quality 5/5 Staff 5/5 Quantity 5/5
